all booking will be calculated in Euro
- Also after 1st Jan 2008 Any existing booking in 2008 will be automatically converted to Euro
with the official 'lock price' between Cyprus Pounds
and Euro (1 Euro = 0.585274 CYP)
Note for
Rental rates:
- Prices are
for 1- 6 persons occupancy for the minimum stay of 7 days.

in this case the price will be calculated as the
price of staying
days + surcharge of half day)

3 additional
people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9 with a fee
of 15.00 CYP (25.00
Euro) per
person per day.
- The above
price includes all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
Optional
- Air-condition
use (optional) charged 3.00 Cyprus Pounds (5.00 Euro) per day, per unit.
- Heated pool with
Fuel Gas
(optional) is charged extra
110 per day from November - March,
and 90 Euro per day from April - October.
(min 3 days).
- Computer with
internet connection 2 Euro per hour or 10.00 Euro per day.
- Pool table 50
Euro-Cent per game or unlimited games 5.00 Euro per day
Booking Policy:
- A non refundable
deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm
reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival
time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent
the villa for at least 14 days instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and
the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
- Banks transfer
(for that we can sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.
The balance
can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the villa:
- Preferred by
cash
- If credit card
is used for payment a 2% admin fee will be added.
Special discount:
-
If the 70% balance
amount will be paid paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer
(optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer
from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in
this full amount.
