Note for Rental rates:

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy for the minimum stay of 7 days. (Please contact us is if you want to stay less than 7 days, in this case the price will be calculated as the price of staying days + surcharge of half day)
• 3 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9 with a fee of 25.00 Euro per person per day.
• * Discounts (if any) are applied for booking period of one week or more and EXCLUDING the Eastern Season (20th-30 April 2011), Holly Spirit season (8th-15th June 2011) and August season (3rd-24th August 2011).
• The above price includes all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Optional

• Air-condition use (optional) charged 5.00 Euro per day, per unit.
• Heated pool with Fuel Gas (optional) is charged extra 120 per day from November - March, and 80 Euro per day from April - October.  (min 5 days).
• Computer with internet connection 2 Euro per hour or 10.00 Euro per day.
• Pool table 50 Euro-Cent per game or unlimited games 5.00 Euro per day

• A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 
• If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for at least 14 days instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation  and the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival. 

• Credit card (Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
• Western union.

• Preferred by cash
• If credit card is used for payment  a 2% admin fee will be added.

Special discount:

• If the 70% balance amount will be paid paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
• If you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.
